For the sustainability of the works and activities performed in the operational area LSS has facilitated the formation of 900 community based organisations in the villages. The CBOs look after developmental works in the villages and carry out advocacy in the villages.

With the facilitation of LSS, these CBOs are able to advocate for their rights in every aspect i.e Local governance, Gender equality, Environment, Safe Drinking water and Sanitation tools etc.

People are being motivated through meetings and camps in which LSS provides them brief knowledge about the problems and the corporate social responsibilities of the industries. The organization make the community understand the industrial rules, women rights and the basic knowledge on legal processes through legal literacy programmes.

LSS has raised its voice through creating awareness and right based movements against violation of rights and is fighting for the rights of the people for the cause.
